Mei Tieng Yong

Mei completed a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Chemistry at the University of Adelaide in 2021. She then completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry under the supervision of Dr Witold Bloch at the University of Adelaide in 2022, with a focus on the design and synthesis of metal-organic cages as building blocks for extended crystalline materials. In late 2022, Mei started her PhD with the Sumby Doonan group working on the synthesis and characterisation of pyrazole functionalised porous crystalline materials for post-synthetic modification.
